效忠宣誓
美国的《效忠宣誓》（英语：Pledge of Allegiance）是指向美国国旗以及美利坚合众国表达忠诚。
誓词最初由弗朗西斯·贝拉米撰写，并于1942年被美国国会采纳。
至今为止，该誓词一共被修改过4次。
根据《美国国旗法》，该誓言内容如下：
"I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands, one Nation under God,indivisible, with liberty and justicefor all."
“我谨宣誓效忠美利坚合众国国旗及效忠所代表之共和国，上帝之下，未可分裂之国度，自由平等全民享。”

"I pledge allegiance to my Flag and the republic for which it stands, one nation indivisible, with liberty and justice for all."
我谨宣誓效忠我的国旗及所代表之共和国，未可分裂之一国，自由平等全民皆享。

每次国会开会前，都会进行宣誓。
很多地方当地政府、私人机构的会议开始前也会这样做。
虽然美国最高法院裁决在某些情况下，学生可以拒绝宣誓而不会受到惩罚，但不少学校每天都会要求学生进行宣誓。
