Remove the felt padding from the inside of the body of the Zippo.

Step 2:

' \& U4 ~2 b p* J+ yUse a awl, or other sharp pointy tool and pierce the felt as shown. Make the holes pretty much the same depth as a piece of flint.

Step 3:
